Return Policy:
With prior approval, most books purchased from Lake-Cook may be returned, if unused and in saleable condition.
Returned books must meet publisher return policies. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns,
and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Credit will be applied to account, no
cash refunds.
