This is my first time ordering from
Lake-Cook. How does it work?
Lake-Cook will fill your order.
An invoice will accompany the books, and Lake-Cook requests
you pay by check within 30 days of receiving your order.
Do I have to order electronically?
No! Simply
use the website to create your order, print out your shopping
cart, and call, fax or mail your order to Lake-Cook and
it will be processed.
Do I need a purchase order number?
Lake-Cook
does not require purchase orders.
However if your school
will not pay for an order without one, then you must submit
a purchase order at the time of ordering.
Can I pay by credit card?
Yes. Lake-Cook
accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
How current are your prices?
Lake-Cook makes every effort to keep current with publisher
price changes, however on occasion a price change will
slip by.
Publisher cover prices are always subject to change.
What if a title I’m
looking for is not listed?
Our website reflects our most frequently ordered titles.
Lake-Cook has access to any book in print.
Simply contact us and we will be happy to give you a
price quote.
Why do you recommend using ISBN numbers?
ISBN
numbers are title specific.
Be aware many titles could
have multiple publishers and assorted authors, however
each book has only one ISBN number.

How long does it take to receive my order?
In stock orders ship within 24 - 48 hours.
Special orders or semester orders usually ship within
5 - 10 school days.
How much are shipping costs?
Orders totaling 9 copies
or less will incur a $5.00 shipping fee.
All orders totaling
over 9 copies are shipped at No
Charge.
Will you ship the order to my home?
No! Lake-Cook ships only to schools.
